Service Status - 28 July 2020

There was a brief power cut to our offices and when the power returned, it appears that a surge destroyed one of our UPSes meaning that our leased line switch lost power and could not recover automatically. 

We have ordered a replacement UPS and have made other changes which should reduce the chance of this happening again in the future, and if it does, we should be able to identify the problem more quickly.
