Have you reinstalled VPOP3 and told the installer to install the Enterprise edition?
You need to download VPOP3 from: https://www.pscs.co.uk/downloads/vpop3.php
Run the installer over your existing installation and put in the new licence key in the installer, it should select the VPOP3 Enterprise edition and install that. This will keep all your settings, messages, etc but install the VPOP3 Enterprise files over the VPOP3 Basic ones.
